Share Meeting Minutes on WhatsApp in One Link
Share a read-only link to a transcript or Smart Note on WhatsApp, with a title preview, and download branded Word or PDF minutes when you need a file.
Minutes only help if people read them. Send one link that opens on any phone, without an account, and keep the option to stop sharing at any time.

Minutes that nobody opens
The meeting ended, the notes are good, and then they sit in an email attachment that half the team never opens on their phone. In many teams the real follow-up happens on WhatsApp, so that is where the minutes need to go.
Quantum-NoteMaster gives every transcript and Smart Note a Share button. It creates a read-only link you can paste into a WhatsApp group, a chat or an email. Anyone with the link can read it on a phone, without an account.
Create a share link
Open the transcript or Smart Note and tap Share. Create the link, then copy it or send it straight to WhatsApp. The link ends with a readable title, such as the meeting name, so people can tell what it is before they tap it.
WhatsApp and other apps show a preview with the transcript or Smart Note title. Give the recording a clear name in the app, such as "Distributor call — Abuja", and that is the name people see.
What people see
A shared transcript shows the summary, the chapters and the speaker-labelled conversation. A shared Smart Note shows its cards: summary, decisions and action items. The page is text only, with no audio, and never shows the email addresses of the people assigned to tasks.
Shared pages are hidden from search engines and are read-only, so nobody can change the notes. A small banner at the bottom says the page was made with Quantum-NoteMaster.
- Opens on any phone or computer, no account needed.
- Text only: no recording, no assignee email addresses.
- Hidden from search engines.
- Available on every plan.
Stop sharing at any time
Links are not permanent. Open Share again and stop sharing, and the link stops working for everyone who has it. Do this when a project closes, when someone leaves the group, or when the minutes were sent to the wrong chat.
For sensitive meetings, share the Smart Note rather than the full transcript. It carries the decisions and actions without every word that was said.
When you need a file: Word and PDF
Some readers still need a document, for a board pack or a client file. Transcripts download as branded Word and PDF files: a header with the date, length and speakers, the summary, a chart of the overall tone, topics and key phrases, a table of the people, places and organisations mentioned, and the transcript with each speaker in their own colour. A plain text download is there too.
PDFs keep naira signs, curly quotes and Hausa and Yoruba letters intact. Arabic transcripts open a styled print page that you can save as a PDF.
A simple routine after every meeting
Record or upload the meeting, check the speaker names, and create a Smart Note with owners and due dates. Share the Smart Note link in the team’s WhatsApp group with one line on what is due first. Owners get their email reminders from the app, so the chat stays about the work rather than chasing.
When a client needs a formal copy, download the PDF of the transcript and attach it. When the work is finished, stop sharing the link.
Frequently asked questions
Do people need an account to open a shared link?
No. Anyone with the link can read the shared transcript or Smart Note without signing in. They cannot edit it.
Can I take a link back?
Yes. Stop sharing from the Share button and the link no longer works for anyone.
Is the audio shared too?
No. Shared pages are text only. The recording stays in your workspace.
